搅拌均匀后可直接涂刷，施工速度快，能缩短施工工期。强度大，延伸率高，弹性恢复率高，对基层开裂和伸缩适应性强。低温柔性非常好。与基层粘结力强，无需涂刷基层处理剂。涂层密实，无针孔，无气泡、水汽渗透系数小，即可防水有可做隔汽层。颜色可调，可满足不同客户对表面彩色不同的人性化要求。一次涂刷可达1-3mm厚不起泡。
